Here are the answers to the practice final we went over on Wednesday. Here's another old final and an answer key if you want more review. I'm thinking about doing another review session next Wednesday. If you're interested in participating, please send me an email and let me know if morning or evening is better for you. I can meet any time that day.

Here is the transcript to Exam 5's comprehension auditive that some of you were asking for:

Ahmed habite à Saint-Denis, une banlieue de Paris.  Il a onze ans.  Ses parents sont venus d’Algérie
pour travailler en France.  Ils ne se sont pas exactement enrichis.  Puisque ce sont des immigrés, les
opportunités de travail ne sont pas exceptionnelles.  La famille habite une HLM, c’est-à-dire, une
habitation à loyer modéré.  Il y a pas mal de délinquance dans le quartier.  Ahmed, c’était un enfant
sage quand il était petit ; il ne causait jamais de problèmes.  Mais il a eu du mal à s’adapter en France.  Il n’aime pas l’école, il ne veut pas bien apprendre le français, ses notes sont tout à fait mauvaises.  Il a le mal du pays ; l’Algérie lui manque.  Il est tombé sur une bande de petits délinquants qui l’ont accepté.  Maintenant, il commence à voler, simplement pour s’amuser, et plaire à ses copains.  Sa mère est vraiment inquiète à son sujet.  Déjà il s’est fait arrêter par la police.  On a laissé tomber, mais ce ne peut pas continuer.
